Motivation Tips On A Bad Day

When you are not feeling 100% use these motivational tips to get moving again. We all have bad days. It is getting through them that is important. Here are some motivational tips.

Get into the now

Get in the moment, get energy, get excited! How do you get excited on a Manic Monday? When you are dragging to get to work, listen to something positive.

Every day, get your mind right. Look at your goals. Look at that reason why. If you have children, look at your children in the morning, and realize why you are walking out that door to work. Realize when you come home also.

Maybe you need to learn a second language, pick up a skill set, or take an Internet marketing course. Whatever it is, find what you need to do, find the motivation to do it. It is the little things over time that are going to make the drastic changes that will allow those Manic Mondays to dissipate, so you are living a vibrant existence. So when you wake up in the morning, you are going out and doing the things you love to do, instead of doing the things you don't love.

We will always have things we have to take care of. This is just life. Especially when you are growing and you are out there making a difference. It does not have to be a struggle. Life can be beautiful; it is beautiful. It is a miracle that we are here, in this existence.

Get out of the past, get out of the future, and get into this moment. Get fired up about life. Realize that you have the ability to make a difference right now, to make a difference today. As soon as you open your door and walk outside, it is a brand new day. When you dreamt and went to that spiritual side during sleep, and you awoke, it was a brand new day, a brand new life. It is a brand new opportunity to make a difference. Seize the day. This is important.

Breathe, relax, slow down:

No one wants a Manic Monday. Let's slow down today. Breathe, breathe, breathe. Relax. Don't judge the situation and allow that to become part of the situation. Just allow things to happen. Relax and allow things to come. Relax, breathe, and slow down the pace when you are in a negative or stressful situation. Use this to get centered.

Look for the positive:

Find the positive in the situation. Look for it. I guarantee it is there. Then focus on this positive.

Stop worrying:

Worry will not add another day to your life. Worrying is one of the most counterproductive activities a human being can do. Worrying is a lack of faith. Why would you worry? Let things work out for you. If you are listening to this, you have not starved to death. It will work. Just believe.

Motivational Monday

First, motivation requires energy. If you find that you are lacking energy, you need to look at your physical health: do you get enough sleep; do you have a healthy diet; do you exercise at least three days each week. After that, you need to understand what motivates you.
